Prenatal Massage

Massage can reduce stress hormones in your body and relax and loosen your muscles.

Improve blood flow, which is so important when you are pregnant.

Keeps your lymphatic system working at peak performance by flushing out toxins in your body.

Connects you to your body and baby.

Relieve insomnia, joint pain and back pain, leg cramping and sciatica and carpal tunnel pain.

Postnatal Massage

After childbirth your body will go through changes on a hormonal level and structural level.

Massage address the lower back, hips and abdominal region.

Massage helps the body release endorphins - the natural pain killers and “feel good” hormones secreted by the brain, which can help you sleep better.

Myofascial Cupping

Myofascial Cupping can be incorporated into your massage treatment.

With the use of Silicon cups or plastic pump cups.

Cupping increases blood flow to the surface, addresses trigger points, releases adhesions (scar tissue) and improves the alignment of the fascia, which is a connective tissue that is wrapped around our muscles, joints and organs.

Reflexology works with the nervous system by applying pressure to the feet, hands or ears thus sending a calming message from the peripheral nerves in the extremities to the central nervous system, which in turn signals the body to adjust the tension level.

Treatments are typically 60 min and can also be incorporated into your massage treatment of a 90 minute session.

Pilates for your health!

Don’t have time to hit the gym?
Why not have your gym come to you?

With the use of the Wunda Chair, mat, foam roller and Oov, I will come to your home and work with you on an effective Pilates routine.

  • Pilates helps strengthen the core (abdominal and lower back),
  • Lengthens and strengthens muscles,
  • Improves circulation and concentration,
  • Decompresses the spine and improves range of motion,
  • Improves balance and coordination,
  • Pilates is a low impact exercise and can be modified for your fitness level.

Sessions are 55min long.
